Menus for each exercise

Whether you're in "free practice" or in a specific exercise there is one final menu that contains things that are specific to the exercise.

For example, the menu for First Species using generated c.f. looks like this:

In two parts. Begin an exercise in two parts.

In three parts. Begin an exercise in three parts.

In four parts. Begin an exercise in four parts.

Instructions. Display instructions specific to this type of exercise.

Quit this exercise. Quit the exercise and return to the free practice screen.

The actual appearance of the menu will vary depending on the exercise, of course. In exercises using Fux's cantus firmi this menu will contain a list of possible starting points for an exercise. For example, you could choose an exercise using the Dorian c.f. in the 2nd of three parts.
